- Quotations & Pricing

- Prices are calculated based on dimensions, material, printing options, quantity, and other specifications provided by the customer.
- Shipping, handling, taxes, and duties (if applicable) are included or excluded as stated in the quotation.
- Alaska Boxes LLC reserves the right to amend prices due to material cost changes, errors, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Orders & Approval
- Orders are considered confirmed only after written approval, payment confirmation (if applicable), or formal acceptance by Alaska Boxes LLC.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to review and approve all specifications, including sizes, artwork, colors, and materials, before production.
- Any changes requested after order approval may result in additional charges or delays.
- Custom Products & Artwork
- All custom packaging is produced based on the information provided by the customer.
- Alaska Boxes LLC is not responsible for errors in artwork, spelling, dimensions, or specifications supplied by the customer.
- By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own the rights or have permission to use the designs, logos, and trademarks provided.
- Production & Delivery
- Production timelines are estimates and may vary depending on order complexity and volume.
- Alaska Boxes LLC is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs clearance, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Shipping & Returns
- Shipping costs are calculated based on order size, weight, and destination.
- Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and refunds are not accepted unless the product is proven to be defective or not as per the agreed specifications.
- Any claims regarding defects or discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
- Cancellations
- Orders may not be cancelled once production has commenced.
- Cancellation requests prior to production may incur administrative or design fees.
